Dr. Barry Parks grew up in Pineville, NC and graduated from South Mecklenburg High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Western Carolina University. While attending North Carolina State University to become a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, he met his wife, Ashley. They moved to Kernersville in May 2004 from New Bern, NC. He enjoys being outdoors. He and his family are members of the South Fork Church of Christ.
Dr. Ashley Parks grew up in Monroe, NC and graduated from Monroe High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Meredith College. After she graduated from North Carolina State University as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, she completed an internship at After Hours Small Animal Emergency Clinic and NCSU in Raleigh, NC. As well as being a veterinarian, she is also mom to Sydney, Colby and Wesley. The Parks share their home with a Chesapeake Bay Retriever and 3 spoiled cats.
Dr. Tyler Gallaher grew up in Kinston, NC, where he graduated from Arendell Parrot Academy in 2006. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Campbell University in 2010. He attended veterinary school at NC State and graduated in 2015. His professional interests include preventative medicine, dentistry, dermatology, and nutrition. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, son, JT, and dog, Sandy. His hobbies include hiking and backpack camping, playing golf, playing drums, sailing, and paddle boarding.
